What's a domain name like this worth?

I bought this domain name because the kitchen is generally the first thing that gets done when people buy a resale home. In December of 2009 114,000 searches took place in the U.S. that included the first two words "kitchen remodeling." This is according to Google's keyword tool.

This domain name is available for $6,500.

Does remodeling your kitchen make sense (cents?)?

Okay, that's a pretty pathetic play on words. . .

An interesting article based on an MSNBC report:

-- The average “upscale kitchen” remodel cost $81,552 and had a payback of 84.8 percent.

-- The average midrange “major kitchen” remodel cost $43,862 and had a payback of 91 percent.

The article's point, which I totally agree with: remodel your kitchen for you, not to increase the value of your home.
